On November 8, 2015, a star cast will take the stage for a special ensemble reading of Act 1 of Surviving Grace at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Museum and Library in Boston. Surviving Grace is an original play by comedy writer Trish Vradenburg (“Designing Women,” “Family Ties,” “Kate and Allie”), and co-founder of UsAgainstAlzheimer’s, a national advocacy organization committed to stopping Alzheimer’s by 2020.
The performance boasts an all-star cast including Senator Ed Markey, Loni Anderson, theatre critic and author Bob Brustein, Marilu Henner (“Taxi”), Ambassador Swanee Hunt, NPR’s Diane Rehm, and Harvard University’s Dr. Reisa Sperling.
The evening will begin with a reception at 6 p.m., followed by the play reading at 7p.m. at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, Columbia Point, Boston. Tickets are $150 for the reception and reading, and $500 for reception, reading, and dinner, and can be purchased at www.survivinggrace.org.
