Horizons for Homeless Children
1 in 45 children in the U.S. is homeless. But Horizons for Homeless Children is working to break the cycle of homelessness. And you can help. By volunteering at one of our 150 Playspaces in family shelters across Massachusetts, you can give homeless children a chance to learn, play and thrive. The commitment is just two hours a week, with both daytime and evening shifts available. Trainings occur monthly so don’t wait! Get trained and start making a difference in the lives of homeless children!
All you have to do to become a PAL is fill out an application, pass a background check, provide two references, and complete a training.
