25 Years of Relationships That Matter
Since 1995, On The Rise has helped hundreds of individuals experiencing homelessness in Greater Boston move from surviving on the streets to living and thriving in their own housing. In our Safe Haven day program we cultivate long-term relationships that foster safety and belonging. The Keep The Keys program continues our work with individuals who have secured housing. Guided by the strength and initiative of our participants, we join their journey to wellbeing, as skilled partners and advocates, helping them navigate a fragmented system.
