Every day throughout Massachusetts and New England, non-profit organizations – large, medium and small – utilize volunteers of every age, from varying backgrounds and with diverse skills sets to provide essential services that help them achieve their community serving missions. Organizations strategically and resourcefully utilize and manage these volunteers to maximize their capacity, efficiency and impact.
Join us as we explore ways to most effectively leverage volunteers and their contributions by examining leading models in the field and sharing best practices with one another. This special day of learning, networking and inspiration will build organizations’ capacity to engage diverse volunteers from all generations in meaningful, mission driven service.
