National Tay-Sachs & Allied Diseases Association is proud to present Imagine & Believe: An Evening to Benefit NTSAD. This annual fundraising event raises at least $100,000 to support the many children, adults and families who struggle with genetic diseases, including Tay-Sachs, Canavan, GM-1, Sandoff and related genetic diseases. There are no treatments for these diseases which are always fatal in children and progressively debilitating in adults. Held at the Royal Sonesta Hotel on Boston’s riverfront on Thursday, November 8th, this year’s event will bring together the 200 supporters to recognize NTSAD’s achievements and the community that has imagined, believed and achieved by supporting and connecting families while advancing research! Guests will enjoy delicious food, good company, great music, and the opportunity to bid on an array of auction items – all for a worthwhile cause. We are excited to welcome special guest Barry Shrage, Brandeis Professor and past President of the Combined Jewish Philanthropies, and share in a conversation with Miguel Sena-Esteves,PhD, Umass Medical School Researcher, and NTSAD mother, Mandy Ronaldson.
