Hello Friends
All are invited to a Holiday Celebration and Benefit for The Greater Boston Food Bank.
We will also be having live music from a local Boston band and other musicians.
We will have donation boxes available for those who would like to contribute non perishable food items. You may also donate Cash.
There is no cover charge for the event
The event is being held at a Chinese restaurant in a Function Room with a bar and a small dance floor.
Attendees are responsible for payment for their own meals and drinks.
It is not required for attendees to eat dinner.
We will have a large table reserved for our group. You may also sit at other tables separately.
Most Popular Non-Perishable Items to Donate Include:
Protein: Tuna fish, chicken, beans, peanut butter, low sodium soups and stews, nuts
Vegetables: Low sodium Vegetables, Tomato products, spaghetti sauce
Fruit: Dried fruit, applesauce, any canned fruit in its own juice
Whole Grains: Crackers, oatmeal, whole grain rice, pasta, low sugar/high fiber cereal ( Cheerios/ Raisin Bran, etc.)
Dairy: Dried, evaporated and boxed shelf-stable milk
