An annual fundraiser Thursday March 5th 2015 for CitySprouts at The Liberty Hotel March 5, 2015. 6pm to 9pm. Dig It! features an auction, program and live Brazilian music from Choro Bop
CitySprouts is DIGGING DEEPER to connect every child with garden-based learning
CitySprouts brings hands-on learning, environmental stewardship and growing and eating healthy food to thousands of children and youth in Boston and Cambridge public schools.
CitySprouts Impact
- Teaching 6,000 students in Boston and Cambridge public schools
- Connecting 280 elementary and midd school teachers to their school garden
- Supporting 200 families with food access
Dig It! is raising funds to:
- Bring the CitySprouts program to four additional Boston public schools
- Keep our summer youth program tuition-free
- Provide Science in the Garden afterschool programming for middle school youth
