India’s exceptional diversity is reflected in its cultures, languages, religions, and, of course, cuisines. Join Primary Source as we explore the wide range of delicious foods representing some of India’s best-known regions, and learn about the cuisine from Vinod Kapoor, owner of Masala Art. To complement this culinary tour, Professor Harleen Singh of Brandeis University will discuss India’s religious diversity and its reflection in the literary heritage of these traditions.
