Boston’s young professionals are setting sail to support the programs and services provided at St. Francis House, New England’s largest day shelter for people experiencing homelessness and poverty. Hosted by the Emerging Leaders of SFH, St. Francis House’s group of young philanthropists, the Shooze Cruise helps to fill urgent footwear needs of our homeless guests. The Boston Harbor cruise features live music, dancing, food, a cash bar, and an on-board raffle. Prizes include Boston Red Sox tickets, hotel stays, restaurant gift certificates, and more. In addition to the $30 ticket price, each attendee is asked to donate a pair of men’s shoes, boots, or sneakers to be distributed to a St. Francis House guest in need.
