Ready to be a Hope Hero? The Message of Hope Foundation invites you to a special “Evening of Hope” at Lombardo’s on Thursday, October 1st, 2015. Proceeds from the event will go toward packaging and delivering Happy Hope Bags to hospitalized children with special needs, chronic and life threatening illnesses. The Happy Hope Bag project is a vital resource to the emotional well-being of hospitalized children. We package age specific items (Disney stufffed animals, reading books, coloring books, crayons, Playdoh, lip balm, puzzles and a fun toy) in every Happy Hope Bag. Happy Hope Bags provide hours of entertainment allowing a child the gift of play during their treatment. Last year we reached over 100,000 children, many who could not afford a simple pack of crayons.
