Celebrate Halloween in a safe and fun manner during Boston Children’s Museum’s Halloween SPOOKtacular.
A safe and fun alternative to traditional Halloween festivities this fun celebration will include 13 frightful activities to enjoy throughout the night including trick-or-treating!
Have fun as you explore the Museum and trick-or-treat throughout the exhibits. This socially distant trick-or-treating may look different but it will be just as much fun as past years. Be on the lookout for fun candy slides, and other fun treat extenders, all of which are designed to keep both visitors and staff safe.

Social Distant Trick-or-Treating
Costume Contest including prizes for the Scariest Costumes, Cutest Costume, and Most Creative Costume
The Haunted Exhibit
Monster Lab Creation
Candy Corn Ring Toss
Pumpkin Putt-Putt
And more Halloween themed activities
Tickets are required and are $25 per person. Each child ticket includes a “Scare Package” filled with treats, activities, and a trick-or-treating bag. Museum Members have early admission to this special ticket session starting at 5:30pm.

Boston Children’s Museum is not an allergy free environment. There will be allergy friendly alternatives for some of the trick-or-treating stations, but please be aware children may receive non-allergy friendly candy and treats while trick-or-treating.
Costume masks do not replace face masks. Face masks must be worn at all times while in the museum for all visitors age two (2) and older.
This is a limited capacity admission session and a special ticket is required to attend.
