Online Auction Highlights Garden and Other Treasures
Looking for that special garden ornament? A specimen tree? Maybe a Victorian child’s garden seat? Or just something helping you enjoy the outdoors! Then prepare to bid early and often at the 11th annual In the Garden online auction at www.cogdesign.org, March 25 – April 1. All proceeds are used to build and improve urban neighborhood gardens and parks throughout eastern Massachusetts.
In the Garden offers specialty goods and services for the discerning gardener and attracts great interest and spirited bidding. Among the offerings this year are handmade hardwood folding garden seats for indoors and out, specialty seeds and tools, artistic fire pits, and massage gift certificates for the achy gardener! Retail values for auction selections range from $30 to $3,000 – something for every budget.
COGdesign facilitates pro bono landscape design and maintenance services for urban underserved communities throughout eastern Massachusetts. In the past 18 years, COGdesign has completed more than 90 landscape designs for clients ranging from affordable housing to historic sites to neighborhood parks.
