The Changing Lives Gala is a fundraiser benefiting Bay Cove Human Services, which will be held on the evening of Thursday, May 7, 2015, in the Plaza Ballroom at Boston’s Seaport Hotel. The event begins with a cocktail reception, live music and silent auction, and will continue with dinner and program in the ballroom with menu designed by renowned Chef/Owner of Tremont 647, Andy Husbands. The program will be highlighted by entertainment from acclaimed jazz vocalist Rebecca Parris, and a live auction featuring an exciting collection of unique items conducted by celebrity auctioneer, Susan Wornick.
Bay Cove Human Services is one of the largest human service providers in Massachusetts, helping people who face the challenges of addiction, mental illness, developmental disability, and aging. We serve more than 25,000 people each year at 160 programs sites throughout Greater Boston and Southeastern Massachusetts. The Changing Lives Gala is our largest annual event, uniting more than 350 business, philanthropic, and community leaders, and generating significant funding—more than $1.5 million to date—to support our work. The Bay Cove Human Services Changing Lives Gala will bring to life personal expressions of courage, determination, and achievement that have been experienced through the life-changing programs of Bay Cove Human Services.
