Please join the New England Anti-Vivisection Society (NEAVS) for a reception with light appetizers followed by a presentation featuring Jill Robinson, Founder and CEO, Animals Asia.
With your attendance, you will also be supporting NEAVS’ mission to end the use of animals in research, testing, and science education while learning about Animals Asia’s new agreement with the government of Vietnam to end bear bile farming for traditional medicine. This enormous success, years in the making, is cause for celebration!
NEAVS is a Boston-based, national animal advocacy organization dedicated to ending the use of animals in research, testing, and science education. NEAVS works to replace outmoded animal research and testing with ethically, humanely, and scientifically superior alternatives.
Animals Asia was founded by Jill Robinson in 1998. Since then, they have rescued over 500 bears from the bile industry. Animals Asia’s work also extends to dog and cat welfare as well as captive animal welfare. Headquartered in Hong Kong, Animals Asia also has offices in Australia, China, Germany, Italy, the UK, USA and Vietnam.
The suggested donation of $25.00 includes:
NEAVS reception starting at 7:00 p.m. in the upstairs reception area followed by Jill Robinson’s presentation at 8:00 p.m. inside the theater.

You will also have the opportunity to meet new NEAVS Executive Director, Nathan Herschler as well as the new Board President, Gina Weishaupt.
