Join us at this year’s 1 Million Steps 4 OCD Walk to help raise awareness about OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder)! We’ve all heard someone say they’re “so OCD” because they are super clean, or are a perfectionist. But OCD is actually a serious mental disorder that can cause severe anxiety and can disrupt school, careers, and relationship if not properly treated. Help us to fight these misconceptions and stigma by standing up for those affected by OCD.
Each year, members of OCD community — including individuals with OCD, mental health professionals, friends, family members, coworkers, children, and even your four-legged friends (on a leash, of course) — join together at the 1 Million Steps 4 OCD Walk to raise awareness and hope. All funds raised help support the important programs of the International OCD Foundation, a nonprofit organization working to help all of these affected by OCD and related disorders to live full and productive lives.
Whether you know someone affected by OCD, or just want to help fight stigma and support a great cause, join us at the Walk June 4 to take a step be part of #1Million4OCD.
