Featuring a spectacular menu designed by Chef Robert Tobin, the Seaport Hotel will celebrate Christmas with an elaborate buffet brunch. Selections from the spread will include: traditional eggs Benedict; black bean eggs Benedict with smoked chili hollandaise; French toast; pancakes; scrambled eggs; bacon; pork sausage; chicken apple sausage; leek & truffle quiche; assortment of fruits & cheeses; fruit, yogurt & granola parfait; shrimp cocktail; smoked salmon with traditional accompaniments; Caesar salad; Winter vegetable salad; spicy roasted cauliflower soup; New England clam chowder; roast sirloin with red wine & porcini; 3 cheese tortellini with alfredo sauce; pan roasted salmon with creamed spinach; roasted brussels sprouts; roasted winter medley; mashed potatoes; turnips & carrots; and macaroni & cheese. For dessert, Pastry Chef Karen Hodsdon will dish out an assortment of holiday pastries alongside a chocolate foundation.
